Looking to buy the New iPhone? Not sure what the best/cheapest deal is? Well here is a breakdown for you on how to get the best deal!
I’m going to use a two-year cost formula; as most cell phone companies have two-year contracts, and the average user had used their phones for two years before they upgraded to a new phone. I’m going to use Verizon as an example on how you can save over $220 by purchasing an unlocked phone.
There are many options to choose from when it comes to buying the new iPhone, I prefer to buy an unlocked iPhone and choose my carrier without a two-year contract at lower plan prices and can switch anytime if a better deal comes along. You can buy the base iPhone 7 unlocked for $649 from most stores or Apple.
Apple has their own iPhone Upgrade Program that allows you to pay a monthly fee, and you trade in your iPhone for the latest one every year. Starting at $32.41 per month for the base model. With a prepaid plan at Verizon 3GB data & unlimited talk/text $45
That brings the two-year cost to $1,857.84
At Verizon, you can purchase the phone for $27.08 per month which equals $649 over 24 months. This requires you to choose from one of their two-year contract plans.
A base plan costs $55 month with 2gb of data & unlimited talk/text. Two-year cost for the plan and iPhone brings the total to $1,949.
If you were to buy an unlocked phone $649 and use Verizon’s prepaid plan, you could get 3GBs of data & unlimited talk/text for $45; your total 24-month cost would be $1,729.
A savings of $220 over 24 months! If you think that you would prefer to go with the Apple iPhone upgrade program to have a new iPhone every year and are willing to pay the extra $128.84. Then this is the best option for you.
Let me show you a method that can save you more money if you hold onto your iPhone and upgrade every two years.
Example: If you were to have bought an unlocked iPhone 6 $649 two years ago and want to upgrade to the iPhone 7 unlocked $649, Your unlocked iPhone 6 on Ebay currently can sell up to $380 in excellent condition. Which brings the cost of your new iPhone down to $269.
So if you sold your iPhone 6 on eBay, bought an unlocked iPhone 7 and a prepaid plan,
Your total two-year cost would be $1349 or $56 per month, which is by far the cheapest option.
Conclusion: Buy your iPhone unlocked and choose a prepaid plan from your preferred Carrier.

Out in Sunnyvale, California, a very small hole-in-the-wall restaurant can be found that has something that you may never expect to come from a restaurant. Tasty Subs & Pizza is a restaurant that has calzones, pizzas and subs but the odd component is that they offer Indian food. When you think Indian food, you think of spice but they have a sign that they do Indian pizza as a specialty. When you first get there, the parking lot gets filled easily since there is other food places and a 24 Hour fitness, but when you get a parking and find the spot, just come on in.
When walking in the place, you see a counter that has two stations that you can order calzones and pizza and the other counter is for subs. With the subs, you can order it as a 6 inch or a 9 inch and has the offer of making it into a combo that gives chips and a drink. Once you order your food, they give you a number so you can go find a table to sit at and eat. They have a bar in the back with televisions on to sports. They are quick to make the food as they bring the food to your table. The noise within the restaurant is between moderate to noisy and also can get very packed, but that shows of how good the food since people keep coming.
The Chicken Tandoori pizza has the same ingredients as the sandwich but it's a pizza and had some jalapeños and pineapple that gave the pizza a slight sweet to then kick with a great and manageable spice. The people in this restaurant are just amazing and the Indian components do taste as authentic as Indian can get but is mixed in a fusion by adding Indian foods in a sandwich, calzones and pizzas. They also offer tri-tip and other styled sandwiches, calzones and pizzas that are equally as good as the Indian ones, so please try out the menu and enjoy the great eat.
Getting the Chicken Tandoori sandwich and pizza was a great combo to have. Since you can customize the bread for the sandwich, I choose sourdough and that made the sandwich a lot crunchier. The sandwich had onions, cilantro and chicken tandoori that the spice crept up slowly to give a kick of spice that is enjoyable to the pallet.

Tacos, you may know them and most likely have eaten a taco in your life. The first thought of a taco is Mexican food but in today's modern world, a taco has changed in how it's made and where it is sold out here in the United States. In today's world, getting tacos is as easy as going out or making it at home but we see tacos being fused with other cuisines, so the question is what makes a taco?
So far a taco is some meat within a tortilla. Usually, it is a corn tortilla, but can use other methods of holding the contents, but the holder has to be edible. People will always have their opinions on tacos, like the all too famous Taco Bell are not good tacos because they are not authentic tacos, which should not be a basis on what a taco should be.
There is always a person that will break the rules on foods and at times, it is a big hit because it tastes superb, so do not judge tacos on the original methods it was made. Taco Bell is a good taco place because they are very inventive on what they have as tacos but some people may not like it after an issue they had with it after eating it or don’t like the flavor, which is fine, so always give tacos a try. So what makes a good taco is a great holder that is edible with meat and ingredients inside that all together make something incredibly delicious that your mouth will thank you, so keep on taco lovers and enjoy all your meals.

5:lacolombe is very practical, offers coffee gear, and gifts. They also had a limited edition rum, that may come back soon. Keep your eyes out for that. It is a great buy. La Colombe has to be my favorite roaster in the world. It even had a Television show called Dangerous Grounds starring Todd Carmichael, the owner of La Colombe. It focuses on the process of finding the best coffee beans from around the world. It aired on Discovery Channel for a number of years. Carmichael also gives back to the community and establishes a personal relationship with the coffee farmers from around the world.
Enough about the show, La Colombe offers the freshest roasts. La Colombe offers the most variety on grinds. From whole, turkish, french press, commercial espresso, drip, home espresso, chemex, percolator, and stove top.
